Following this, we charge a monthly subscription or maintenance fee for ongoing support. Payment for all services must be made in accordance with our payment terms as stipulated in our service agreements.

3. User-Generated Content

You may be able to submit content on our platform. By posting content, you grant Hidden Digital AI-X a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content on our platform and in our marketing materials.

4. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription or terminate your account by submitting a written request to us. Your subscription will continue through the end of the billing cycle, with no partial refunds provided for unused portions of the billing period. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for any legal reason, including but not limited to non-payment, malicious activity, or malfeasance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any issues arising out of your use of our service is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or loss of business resulting from your use of our service.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate any updates with a revised date at the top of this Terms and Conditions page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

8. Intellectual Property

All custom software and SaaS solutions provided by Hidden Digital AI-X remain the intellectual property of Hidden Digital AI-X. These solutions may be sold to other clients either in their original form or with modifications.

9. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Hidden Digital AI-X aims to provide consistently high-quality services. However, specifics regarding uptime guarantees, support response times, and other quality indicators will be outlined in individual service agreements with clients.

10. Data Usage

Hidden Digital AI-X may use the data collected from users as necessary to provide services, process payments, communicate promotional material, service user accounts, and improve service offerings. User data will not be sold or provided to third parties unless required by law.
